Ren Stanley

Managing Partner

Founder and Managing Partner Ren Stanley leads Lorca’s investment, development and operating activities. He began his real estate career in Naples, brokering land transactions between private sellers and local developers, and later advised institutional multifamily developers across the United States on site selection and entitlements.

Ren has led or facilitated more than $25 million in development-site acquisitions supporting over $200 million in total vertical development.

His service in the U.S. Army, particularly in Iraq’s Al Anbar Province, shaped an operating philosophy defined by rigorous attention to mission-critical data and decisive execution.

Larry Bergner

Principal

Larry Bergner is a senior real estate executive with experience spanning development, construction, acquisitions, financial modeling, capital markets and management.

His track record includes more than 1,200 residential units, 800,000 square feet of office and 200,000 square feet of retail, together with related infrastructure and civic space. His work includes public-private, transit-oriented developments with major municipalities along the Dulles Airport Corridor.
